This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the AS400 system. Key responsibilities include: collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, performing backup and restore operations, administering security and other hardware-related tasks, and programming in RPG to support AS400. Additionally, they will play a vital role during the transition period by assisting with migrations to new systems. Additional Responsibilities Assisting helpdesk with tickets Supporting applications through programming upgrades and troubleshooting Perform quarterly backups and hardware upgrades Play a key role in auditing and creating user profiles
