Location: Corona, CA Work Model: Hybrid (three days onsite) Role Summary: We are seeking a Data Collections Supervisor to lead our data analysis and support team. This role involves managing a team of analysts, ensuring project tasks are completed on time, and making data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to lead and train a team. Responsibilities: Manage a team of analysts and ensure project tasks are completed on time. Develop the team's data expertise through knowledge sharing, training, and documentation. Identify, research, and communicate data-related issues for resolution. Participate in team meetings and recommend improvements to ensure reporting accuracy. Serve as a subject matter expert to consult with sales teams and distributor partners. Create or improve processes to retrieve data from various sources. Maintain an understanding of the organizational structure and data reporting architecture. Monitor day-to-day operations and oversee the Data Management Troubleshooting Inbox. Implement new techniques for data collection to ensure data adequacy and accuracy. Oversee audits and make process improvement recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of analytical experience with sales reporting tools and data. 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. Analytics certification is a plus. Ability to use and learn various query and reporting tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Good time management skills Compensation: Base Salary: $74,651 - $99,535 Annual discretionary bonus
