Solutions Architect / Functional Analyst Day 1 Onsite Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid – 3 days onsite / week Long term contract Direct client opportunity No mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved Key Qualifications: Experience/exposure to business requirements analysis Experience with business and engineering collaboration Knowledge of software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks Experience working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment Excellent leadership and influencing skills Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Engineering/ Technical background Familiarity with Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Programming, ORACLE & MongoDB Responsibilities: As a Solution Architect / Functional Analyst, will be supporting multiple AppleCare systems in the service management & GCRM shared services space Collaborate with business, engineering teams and other cross functional teams to drive requirement analysis and help define and deliver end to end solutions that meets business and Apple goals. Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives. Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis & document specifications. Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing.
