Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Location: Gardena, CA Compensation: Up to $130K total Schedule: 100% onsite initially, potential for remote Fridays over time About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in supply chain operations to act as a key liaison between stakeholders and developers. You'll focus on translating business needs into technical requirements, expediting projects, and optimizing ERP and supply chain systems. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and improve ERP systems, including transitioning from legacy systems to modern solutions like NetSuite. Support supply chain initiatives like implementing Transportation and Warehouse Management Systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for development teams. Enhance reporting and integrate supply chain data into BI tools. Top Requirements: Industry Experience: Manufacturing or Wholesale/Distribution. Experience: 4 years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Project Manager in the supply chain space. ERP Systems: Knowledge of NetSuite preferred, but not required. Systems Knowledge: Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management Systems. Supply Chain Expertise: Understanding of Demand Planning and supply chain reporting. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications are a bonus.
