A large healthcare provider in the San Diego area is looking for a Regulatory Contracts Analyst to join their team. The Regulatory Contract Analyst will report to the manager of interoperability and will focus on healthcare data contracts. They will be reviewing all contracts that relate to healthcare data, data exchange, data privacy, data usage, and other similar subjects. They will review new regulations that occur and translate the requirements to leadership and the organization. They will write/draft policies. They will communicate the organizations stance on newly announced regulations. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of experience as a contracts analyst, contract agent, legal consultant, or similar 1 year of experience working with data-focused contracts Bachelor's degree in related field Nice to Have Skills & Experience 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry Experience with CA Data Exchange, AB 3030, or HIPPA Information Blocking JD degree Paralegal certification ' $40-50hr
