Job Title: Fraud Analyst Location: Knoxville Tennessee 37920 Position Type: Onsite to Hybrid Pay Rate: $25/hr Duration: 6 Months on contract with possible extension Schedule - In Office 8 am- 4:30/5 pm EST . The candidate will be required to be in office five days a week until competencies are proficient to be work from home two days a week. This will require manager approval. The Fraud Analyst will be responsible for reviewing merchant accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to ensure compliance with BSA reporting requirements. JOB DUTIES: Review merchant accounts for unusual or suspicious activity to meet BSA reporting standards. Pull reports from source systems for analysis. Identify unusual or suspicious activities in accounts and compile supporting documentation. Create case note documents and run macros as needed. Complete suspicious activity reporting forms and write descriptive narratives. Monitor workload to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. TOP REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) – at least 1 year of experience. Experience with Word and other office tools. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to write concise, clear narratives. Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
