One of our clients is a growing investment firm in Boston and has an opening for an Executive Assistant to support one of it's founders Incredibly fast-paced environment and the benefits this company provides its employees are amazing, including parking Duties include, but are not limited to: · Provide administrative support to Co-Founder and other executive · Plan complex meetings, calls and travel arrangements (both domestic and international travel) · Coordinate all internal and external meetings · Track business expenses and prepare expense reports · Perform Internet research · Prioritize assignments and meet project deadlines as scheduled · Board of Directors liaison; establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Board Members and their support staff · Handle all logistical arrangements for hosted Board Meetings Position Requirements · Bachelor's Degree preferred · 5 years of administrative support experience working with senior management (preferably from industries such as investment management, private equity/venture capital, investment banking, etc.) · Excellent organizational skills; outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills · Demonstrated professional maturity (discretion, flexibility, and self-starter able to work with minimum supervision) · Resourceful and adept at problem solving; must be a team player; strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook calendar and e-mail applications This is a direct-hire, full-time position that includes full benefits and competitive salary (commensurate with experience) __ This posting is from a staffing firm, but is a direct-hire opportunity with our client (no temporary/contract employment with the agency).
