Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) HealthTech New York, New York (Hybrid) $160,000 - $180,000 Equity The Company: We’re partnering with a fast-growing HealthTech startup transforming biosample management by connecting data across healthcare organizations. Their platform accelerates pre-clinical research and advances healthcare, serving biotech companies and healthcare organizations. The Role: As the first frontend-focused hire, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the user interface of their sample procurement marketplace. You’ll be responsible for creating and refining features that enhance the platform’s user experience. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of frontend development, leveraging your expertise in Next.js, React, and other modern frontend technologies. Your Skills and Experience: Frontend development experience, ideally in a startup environment Expertise in building scalable, responsive web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript Experience working with AWS and cloud-based technologies Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to improve complex user flows Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from ideation to implementation Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and execute efficiently Strong communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus, but not required The Benefits: A base salary between $160,000 - $180,000 Equity and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
