Insight Global is looking to hire a cleared Software Developer to support a defense contract in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Tasks for this position include, but are not limited to: Develop, modify, and test software applications operating on Linux based servers. Test and debug software applications to maximize efficiency, security, and performance. Contribute to the design and enhancements of software applications. Manage deployment process and ensure software releases are delivered on time. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Document changes made and upgrades required for software applications. Participate in scrum meetings and collaborate with team members to meet deliverables. Required Skills Active Secret clearance IAT Level 1 or 2 Certification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with 5 years of experience in Software Development in 1 or more languages such as Java, Python, or C# Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) Salary: $80,000-$130,000
