Our client is currently seeking an Alteryx Data Analyst This position is Hybrid to Downtown Chicago (3 days onsite per week) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Excel, including advanced use of macros, a strong background in SQL queries, and a proven track record of working with Alteryx workflows. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and manage their own tasks without direct supervision. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets, including the use of macros. Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Design, build, and maintain Alteryx workflows to support various data analysis and reporting needs. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to understand operational questions and provide data-driven solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analyses. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline). hands-on experience with Alteryx, working on workflows. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced macros. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries. Experience with DB2 relational databases Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other data analysis tools and software. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
