This is a full-time, onsite position with no flexibility for remote work - may need to attend an in-person interview. Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements within healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) processes. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver solutions. Use Visio, Excel, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies to manage projects and communicate findings. Review and provide feedback on test plans, project plans, and other documentation. Experience : Bachelors degree and Minimum 4 years in IT business analysis, preferably in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid). Preferred Certifications: SAFe Scaled Agile Certification.
