This is a great opportunity for an Analyst with at least 2 years of experience, to work under the guidance of a Development Executive within a Private Equity backed Real Estate developer & owner. Key Responsibilities: Perform Financial analysis and assist with due diligence for new investment opportunities Financial Modeling (in Excel) Perform research and analysis to benchmark trends in target markets Preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders (executives, divisional personnel) and external stakeholders which distill complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Handle administrative and adhoc duties as needed Required: Completed Bachelors Degree (ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) Masters degree a plus Ideally 2 years of related experience. Commercial Real Estate development experience is a plus Experience with Yardi is a plus Must have strong Excel skills and be highly organized with attention to detail. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and there is some flexibility on the title.
