General Responsibilities 1. Create and maintain technical manuals and product presentations under the direction of subject-matter experts. Such documents include but are not limited to the following: Service, installation, and training manuals Engineering Handbooks Wiring Diagrams Marketing Materials 2. Edit original content documentation for grammar that is suitable for the North American market. 3. Schedule and conduct document review meetings to approve new or revised content prior to final publication(s). 4. Create and maintain technical flow charts, electrical wiring diagrams and equipment sequence of operations under the direction of subject-matter experts. This may also require working with 3rd party vendors. 5. Provide product service and installation training.
