Our client, a well known apparel retail company , is looking for someone to join their team as a Deployment Support Analyst. This role is 100% remote. This is a 5 month W2 contract with possibility to extend In this role, you will provide a high level of support to the clients internal stores employees and guide store managers & vendors through the installation process. What You Will Be Doing Troubleshoot and resolve technical or procedural issues reported by customers, using available tools and processes Validate successful completion of the project Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while delivering excellent customer service with easy-to-understand next steps Required Skills & Experience 2 Years of Service Desk, Deployment or Technical Support, or Call Center experience (preferred) Demonstrated ability to exercise professional judgment and to take initiative Proficient within the Microsoft suite of tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
