This role is pivotal in driving innovative solutions, leading advanced analytics projects, and contributing to groundbreaking R&D initiatives. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, account management, and tech, to develop innovative revenue-generating solutions. Lead the development of machine learning prototypes and data science-enabled products through dashboards, APIs, or user interfaces. Tackle challenges in analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, NLP, and computer vision. Mentor junior team members and contribute to academic and professional advancements, such as conference publications and patents. Drive decisions on build-vs-buy solutions and integrate third-party technologies when appropriate. Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field) 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist. OR Ph.D. 2–3 years of professional Data Science experience. Technical Skills Programming: Python, R, SQL Data Visualization: Pandas, NumPy, Tableau, Matplotlib, Plotly Machine Learning & NLP: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, PyTorch, Keras Big Data & Cloud Technologies: Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP, Azure MLOps & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, TFX APIs: RESTful APIs, FastAPI, Flask Soft Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
