The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive smart business decisions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, connecting to various data sources, cleaning and shaping the data, and creating compelling visualizations that tell a story. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. · Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services. · Validate data quality, identify missing values or inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. · Utilize Power Query and DAX functions to build data models and perform data analysis. · Present findings in a clear and concise manner to support strategic decision-making. · Automate data workflows and processes to improve efficiency. · Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization using Power BI. · Proficiency in SQL, Excel (lookups, pivots, visualization, conditional logic), and Power BI. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. · Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and optimizing data queries. Preferred Skills: · Experience with Dynamics 365 and other business intelligence tools. · Knowledge of statistical analysis and data management techniques. · Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.
