Coda Search is partnering with a prominent international trade development company with offices located in Westchester County. This is a dynamic company that has a global presence and recently acquired a new entity with big plans for 2025 and beyond. The team is seeking to hire a logistics coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing all shipments for its retail division. This person will be responsible for scheduling, tracking and forecasting all shipments and acting as the point of contact for all counter-parties. This person will get involved in monitoring inventory levels, negotiating with vendors and preparing customized reports for the team. The company is known to promote from within and have had several people start as an Analyst and moving into a VP position. Qualifications: Bachelors degree required Prior experience working with a manufacturing or raw materials firm 2 years of experience Strong excel skills (vlookups/pivots) Excellent communication and time management skills
