Job Title - Utilities Analyst Must Have - Utilities Domain Knowledge, Basic SAP, Excel , Macros in Excel, Excellent communication, Other utilities softwares. Experience Required - 3-5 years Roles & Responsibilities - Be part of L1.5 support team · Experience in Triage team monitoring incidents · Working experience in Support and monitoring roles · Monitored customer incidents as they came in and worked with our partners to triage, remediate, and resolve these issues. · Take Updates requests from business and do system updates from lower environments to move to production · Work with Developer and Business on the enhancement request and make sure all that is accounted for is completed · Hands on experience in Excel and if possible, macros for triaging and reporting purposes. · Basic knowledge of SAP applications and coordination of incidents resolving with the right parties
