Senior Software Engineer (.NET) - ONLY W2 Location: Westlake, TX - Hybrid Long Term Project This role is full stack - but, more focused in a production environment vice greenfield development. Some new feature potentially, but more so diagnosis, bug resolution, incident management support Domain is Platform Security Service - architecture that is utilized by other teams. Full Stack Skillset (.NET backend), this role will lean more on the client side though. Client Side: Typescript, Angular framework Middle Teir: Restful APIs via ASP.NET Backed: C#, .NET Node.JS is helpful, Application with tools like Fiddler is helpful Good understanding of CI/CD practices Back end services are in place - therefore majority of work will be on client side and integrations. But, they need to have experience with .NET environment vice java spring environment. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in computer science with 6 years of .NET application support and development experience Hands-on experience with C#, .Net, WPF, WCF Experience in Application support Significant experience in Incident Management Hands-on experience in diagnosing sophisticated application problems and provide solutions using tools like Visual studio, Fiddler, or Postman Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of application issues Experience with Angular 8/, Typescript, Core JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS Experience of using node.js and a good understanding of npm packages Experience of consuming and crafting RESTful APIs, and good knowledge of standard methodologies in API design Experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, knowledge of modern testing framework Good understanding and experience with the full UI development process including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, problem debugging and resolution. A positive demeanor and the ability to quickly build partner confidence in matrix environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical members
