Day to day: Develop Documentation: Write, edit, and maintain user guides, API references, FAQs, and online help content that simplify complex technical information Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineers, product managers and customer-facing teams to gather insights, clarify requirements, and produce materials tailored to user needs. Create Engaging Content: Use visuals, examples, and clear language to help users quickly understand workflows, features, and functionality. Ensure Accessibility: Structure content for diverse audiences, including developers, researchers, and business users. Keep Content Updated: Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, and user feedback. Drive Standards: Contribute to the development of style guides and best practices to ensure consistency across all documentation. Must haves: 5 years of experience in technical writing with cloud-based platforms or SaaS software.
