Coordinate all assessment, including executive assessment (KF), and scheduling of Debrief with assessment (KF) team with Exec TA and the Business. Vendor Oversight: Processing of invoice from agencies, coordinating with THD/TAO and vendor, including Manage PO/Invoice requests for Assigned Product Group. The creation of all PowerPoint presentations. End of Week Client update preparation. Creation of candidate bio if CV is not available, and the company’s Executive Bio’s for Exec TA use. Workday processes, which includes reviewing applications, completing interviewer panels, pushing applications through the process in real time, bundling CV’s, ensuring source codes are correct for interviewed applicants, and dispositioning applications when advised to. Creation and up keeping a repository of all executive team's trackers, ensuring all information and documents stored in the repository are correct and up to date. This will include the creation and completion of a centralized interview summary reports real-time for interviews requested and any subsequent reports (post-offer reports, onboarding reports, ART, cost avoidance report, and any other report the team needs).
