We’re actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) User Access Management (UAM) Analyst who will be responsible for delivering administrative services and support across enterprise infrastructure and business line applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the security of our systems and data, assisting with controlling and supporting these resources to ensure the right people have access to the right resources at the right times. You will also collaborate and coordinate with end users within all divisions and business lines, other technologists and support staff to ensure service level agreements are met while keeping compliance and conformance to standards as top of mind. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the IAM UAM services by showcasing the customer experience, productivity, accuracy/quality, and resiliency. Required Skills - Detailed knowledge and experience in general security practices, including Identity and Access Administration. Strong analytical, problem solving/troubleshooting, and data management skills. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in an agile environment. Experience with agile methodologies and corresponding agile based tools. Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with business stakeholders, including at senior management levels, in multi-cultural environments. Ability to create meaningful metrics and documentation to provide insights to drive the UAM program forward. Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement. Understanding of ITIL Frameworks. Job Duties - Serve as a UAM Analyst for the IAM department. Grant and / or revoke user access to specific Pacific Life applications, systems, data and infrastructure based on individual user roles, permissions, and requirements. Application of least privilege for the concept of zero trust principles by way of administration of giving individual users within systems access to the tools they need at the right time and for the right purpose. This includes access to applications, data and networks. Comply with and enforce security control policies and procedures as they relate to access to resources, applications, systems, data and infrastructure in order to protect resources and sensitive information from cyber threats and to meet regulatory requirements. Define best practice and development for automation of user access management using tools and technologies to streamline granting and revoking access to resources. Monitor Pacific compliance with Enterprise Information and Security Policy and Access Management Standard by performing regular audits of user access management activities. Implement corrective actions to overcome any identified IT Security Access and Control Policy compliance errors and deficiencies. Regularly review and update user access management operational policies and procedures to ensure they comply with any changes in Enterprise Information and Security Policy and Access Management Standard. Partner with internal business and technical teams to ensure the user experience is top-notch while still fulfilling our IAM policies and standards. Assist with UAM program communications framework and metrics to ensure well-informed stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues. Job Requirements - BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or related field CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications Powershell scripting experience preferred Desired Skills & Experience - 1-5 years Information Security experience, with knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms (e.g. MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, MS Office365, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint)
