Job Description Global Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and peripherals across all locations Global Procurement and Receiving: Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment globally, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. Support computer repair requests and facilitate loaners for damaged computers globally. Asset Tracking: Maintain asset tracking systems to monitor the movement and location of IT equipment. Deployment and Configuration: Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new hires and existing employees globally. Global Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving of IT equipment globally, ensuring proper packaging and handling. Process Management: Establish and update standard operating procedures for IT equipment procurement processes to support international expansion Stockroom Management: Organize and maintain the IT stockroom, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to track orders, resolve issues, and support contract negotiations. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT logistics processes and procedures. Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional partners, like People, Talent, and Procurement, maintaining smooth collaboration on shared processes. Compensation: $18 - $20/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
