Job Title: ITSM Analyst Location: Hybrid Onsite in Alpharetta, GA 30005 Duration: 6 months Contract with possible extension Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour on W2 Only W2 Job Description: As a Business Analyst, Responsible for engaging in and facilitating ITIL strategy discussions to enhance employee experiences through IT Service Management practices and tools. Develop frameworks aligned with Business Technology Standards, promote ITSM best practices, provide feedback on processes, and ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
