Job Title: SAP Analyst Location: Hybrid remote and on-site in Norfolk, VA (4 days a week on-site/1 day a week remote) Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent Compensation: $90,000 Requirements: 2 years’ working as a functional business analyst in Sales/Logistics area, preferably in a manufacturing company. 2 years’ experience with ERP solutions such as SAP (preferably) , Oracle, Dynamics, etc. Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them to ERP solutions. Job Description: Monitor and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in SAP S/4 supporting business processes. Capture, validate and articulate business requirements related directly and/or indirectly to SD/Logistics area. Basic System configuration in the SD/Logistics area of SAP S/4 in collaboration with parent company and external AMS. Registration, prioritization, resolution and delivery of change requests or projects. Active participation in requirements gathering, business analysis and solution design sessions. Unit and integration testing. Collaborate with all IT members as part of a project team and/or work group. Establish and manage relationships with business process owners and power users. Develop functional specification documents. Train key/power business users.
