Associate is responsible for accurate and timely keying of information from images or original documents according to customer instructions. Data keyed must be highly accurate and pass various edits. Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to: Use full keyboard and numeric pad Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts Acknowledge out of balance transactions Complete all tasks by customer’s specified deadlines.
