Graham Holdings Compan y is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in managing the organization’s liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk while supporting key initiatives to optimize treasury operations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to driving efficiency. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Cash Management Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs Execute EFTs, wire payments, and other banking transactions accurately and promptly Prepare, monitor, maintain, and provide insights on cash flow forecasts Banking and Financial Relationships Maintain and manage the company’s banking platforms; tasks include account administration, user administration, service implementation, bank fee management, among others Open, close, and modify bank accounts as necessary for the Company’s business units Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash management solutions Treasury Operations Prepare and analyze reports on cash flow, liquidity, and key treasury metrics Implement and monitor fraud prevention strategies and appropriate bank services Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and support audit processes Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations Analyze and report on the Company’s various retirement plans Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes Evaluate treasury technology in search of automation and process improvements QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or relevant credential Experience Required 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance Online corporate banking portal experience (Wells Fargo experience a plus) Proficiency with bank file formats, bank connectivity, and technical specifications Skills/Abilities Strong work ethic, with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and externally Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Kyriba, or similar) WORK LOCATION Candidate must be within reasonable commuting distance of the Company’s Arlington, VA offices. Work will be performed on a hybrid basis through a combination of remote and in-office locations based on the demands of specific tasks, along with Company and department preferences.
