Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data QA Architect to establish and lead our Data QA Center of Excellence (COE). This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our data assets across cloud and on-premises platforms. Key Responsibilities: Data QA COE Development: Define testing standards, frameworks, and best practices for data quality assurance. Must have dataOps implementation experience, integrating QA automation suites with devOps pipelines Must have hands on Test automation experience to drive test automation strategy. Test Strategies: Design and implement manual and automated testing strategies for data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms. Data Quality Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to validate data integrity and business logic using tools like dbt, QuerySurge, or custom frameworks in Python/Java. Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align QA initiatives with business objectives. Innovation: Drive process improvements by adopting emerging technologies and QA methodologies. Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficient in data testing tools (dbt, Great Expectations, QuerySurge), SQL, cloud platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and test automation. Experience: 12 years in QA/testing, with hands-on experience in data quality validations, dataOps, and developing testing frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
