Top Tier Financial Services firm is looking for a Private Debt Investment Analyst to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for supporting and helping to shape the Private Debt asset class. The role involves helping to develop and oversee the long-term strategy and operating model for the asset class, as well as day-to-day management of the portfolio. You will be involved in the investment, steering, monitoring, and assessing the performance of the portfolio while contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere of collaboration and a strong risk management culture. QUALIFICATIONS College | University degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or a related field. CFA or similar qualifications are a plus 2-5 years of investment industry experience, past involvement in analyzing or the portfolio monitoring of private or public fixed income investments a requirement Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Advanced | Expert Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) skills required Strong public speaking and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-motivated and driven; ability to balance multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative, fast moving, demanding, and dynamic environment International market experience is a plus Ability and willingness to travel, when required This role will be HYBRID out of the New York, NY Office.
