Knight Therapeutics commercializes IBSRELA in Canada.Director, Supply ChainThe Director of Supply Chain has oversight of Ardelyx Supply Chain activities which include Inventory Planning, Supplier Management, Production Scheduling and Procurement.Position Responsibilities: Preparation of both short-term and long-term supply plans to support commercial sales and demand from alliance partners. Perform scenario analysis to evaluate potential changes in demand and supply. Support periodic S&OP reporting/status updates on product supply. Evaluate, communicate and mitigate supply chain risks. Preparation of monthly forecasts supplied to CMOs. Serve as Supply Chain representative on CMO and Alliance Partner Teams to ensure timely and successful product supply and project completion, including potential on-site meetings at suppliers. Review and approve internal and external change requests that impact Ardelyx products and perform or coordinate tasks required to implement the changes. Supplier/Vendor Management: Plan and monitor manufacturing, packaging, and shipment of all out-sourced materials (raw materials, bulks and finished products) at CMO sites to ensure on-time delivery. Participate and/or hold regular meetings to review schedule and communicate priorities. Collaborate with CMOs and appropriate Ardelyx departments to resolve technical, quality, scheduling, and other compliance issues. Assist in vendor selection and qualification process. Request proposals/quotes for required manufacturing services and work with Legal and other stakeholders to get them reviewed and approved. Coordinate and lead quarterly business review meetings or other governance structures with API and drug-product CMOs to drive continuous improvement, with associated travel. Track and supervise cycle times and provide any required associated reports and metrics. Complete the supply chain section of the annual FDA Annual Product Report. Work closely with Finance to prepare annual budgets for commercial products and services. Review Finance's manufacturing models and track actual spend against approved budget. Provide documents required for SOX compliance. MRP/ERP System Implementation, Use and Maintenance: Prepare and communicate business requirements to ERP consultants. Master data set-up, review, and maintenance to ensure accuracy. Validation and user acceptance testingTravel Requirements:10% -20%The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is $185,995 - $227,327. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity.
