What You Bring: Associate degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of progressive kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume operations. Strong knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant technology. Hands-on culinary expertise and experience with large-scale food production. ServSafe certification (preferred) and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
