Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in restaurant and fine dining environments. This role requires a passion for food, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to coordinate service and maintain a seamless dining experience. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost control measures. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Oversee bar operations as needed, ensuring quality beverage service. Handle cash management processes related to kitchen operations. Qualifications Proven experience in a kitchen management role within the restaurant or fine dining sector. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in food service management with a focus on quality control. Bartending experience is a plus for managing bar operations effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
