Job Title: Part-Time Trust Admin Location: Saint Petersburg, FL-33716 Job Duration: 6 months contract Local candidates to St. Petersburg, FL only- This is a part-time (10:00 AM- 2:00 PM 20 hours per week) temporary role that may be extended based on need This role is on-site Monday- Friday Duties: Data entry Generating reports Providing administrative support to the Operations Team Responds to inquiries from internal and external parties Provides real-time assistance Performs routine admin tasks Identifies opportunities for operations improvements Handles ad hoc tasks Sets up meetings and appointments Skills: Must Haves 1-3 years of administrative assistant or administrative coordinator experience Strong attention to detail Basic to intermediate Excel skills (must be able to create a basic spreadsheet, add / remove columns and rows, data entry) Basic to intermediate skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, in addition to Excel) Professional demeanor Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task Critical and analytical thinking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivant required
