Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will support the R&D department by accurately entering and managing data related to research projects, experiments, and product development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data from various sources into the company's database systems. Verify and correct data discrepancies and maintain data integrity. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, documents, and files. Collaborate with R&D team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Manage and organize electronic and paper files. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the department. Qualifications:. Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with R&D processes and terminology is an advantage but not required.
