About the Role: Job Title: Construction Manager- Data Centers Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to join a fast-paced project team. The primary role is to plan, direct, and coordinate various construction activities, including engineering, product roll-out, and systems development. This position requires overseeing projects to ensure an accelerated construction schedule is met. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects, creating detailed plans and directing technical activities. Present proposals, reports, and project updates to clients and stakeholders. Manage a team by recruiting, assigning tasks, and evaluating the performance of employees while ensuring their professional development. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to evaluate and plan the feasibility of construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, production, and marketing, to define project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend contracts and cost estimates to ensure projects stay on budget and within scope. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management techniques. Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000- $130,000 Annually.
