They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their international services team. Job Description: In this role, you will manage the entire shipping process, from booking to final delivery, ensuring accuracy in shipment tracking and communication with all parties involved. You will work closely with carriers and service providers to secure the best rates and ensure timely transportation of goods. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and brokers. Coordinate and oversee shipments through all phases of the shipping cycle. Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates. Ensure accurate data entry in shipping software (Cargowise). Process customer invoices and ensure timely billing. Monitor shipping details, including weight, dimensions, and compliance requirements. Manage document control and filing. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cargowise is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
