ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible to support the Equipment Planner in the simutaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity and navigating external vendors with our internal integration and supply chain process. Project types include construction and development of a new ASC or Surgical Hospital (de novo), mergers of one or more existing surgery facilities, facility expansions, and support of facility closures related to inventory management. The role will include support to the Equipment Planner for the management of the entire project life cycle, Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Equipment Planner Analyst will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Equipment Planner in all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, including:Maintain updated equipment lists and budgetsEquipment tracking Shop drawing coordination with vendors under the direction of the Equipment PlannerPO submission and tracking in alignment with SCAH policy and proceduresSupport of RFI's during construction as directed by the Equipment PlannerAttendance at construction meetings (remote and onsite as needed) as directed by the Equipment Planner and Senior DirectorSupport acquisition of all needed and directed equipment to ensure project successCoordination and verification of the receipt of equipmentWarehouse management as neededSupport equipment move-in and installation as directed by the Equipment Planner, including on-site supportAd hoc equipment planning and organizational services as neededPartnering with support service departments to ensure effective communication, facility support, and efficient use of SCA Health resourcesEscalating issues to senior management when appropriateCritically thinking through assigned responsibilities and integration requirements to determine operational risksProviding status reports to the Equipment Planner and management using appropriate enterprise tools QualificationsRequired SkillsExceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environmentAbility to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadershipDemonstrated success in supporting in working in a corporate settingAbility to work effectively with large teams within an organizationGood general business acumen, capable to take direction to resolve complex business problems Emotional maturity and personal security-self-aware, completely accountable to outcomes, and accepting of constructive feedbackAbility to attend meetings, functions, obligations timely in a professional manner Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, project management or health related field1-2 years' experience preferredPreferred prior experience in accounting/finance, healthcare, project management, or related field Travel Required10-25% USD $70,200.00/Yr.
