This role involves reconfiguring approximately 700 applications and onboarding a newly developed internal system to this new model, including adding new applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive services experience and a deep understanding of aligning with the CMDB, capable of explaining the process to business stakeholders. This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to Dallas, TX. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management and performance of Configuration Management solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs. Work with technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection. Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with ServiceNow Understanding capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality in the ITIL model Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model Comprehension of the ServiceNow CSDM model Operational experience creating and managing CIs in the ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB
