Location Cincinnati, OH 45202 General Overview The Digital Senior Product Analyst collaborates with Digital Product Managers and key stakeholders, including Lines of Business, Technology, and third-party partners, to understand business requirements and prioritize implementation efforts. This role involves defining and documenting client and associate digital experience needs while participating in the development, configuration, testing, and release processes. The ideal candidate excels at capturing both the details and essence of user stories, campaigns, or initiatives to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities Gather and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, grooming the backlog in preparation for sprint planning, development, and configuration activities. Provide accurate estimates and timelines for delivering fixes, new configurations, enhancements, and deployments in collaboration with third-party partners, Technology, and Program Management. Support digital product rollouts by executing product test cases pre-launch, performing platform configuration and implementation, assisting with training documentation creation, communicating planned changes to users, and collecting post-launch feedback. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and monitor issues, including client-reported problems, platform or partner system issues, maintenance windows, and data quality gaps. Analyze and report on the performance of digital products using integration monitors, application monitoring tools, platform usage metrics, and site analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. Work with the Program Management Office to complete Project Requirements Documents (PRDs), fulfill inputs for risk, compliance, and legal reviews, and provide regular program health updates. Requirements Minimum 5 years in operations, analysis, or related fields, including systems, financial analysis, process design, project management, and product development. At least 2 years of experience with client-facing digital experiences, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Travel, using Agile methodology. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to lead effective meetings and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent consultative and communication skills. Effective problem-solving and data issue resolution capabilities. Pay: $25-30/hr (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
