Construction Project Manager – Data Center Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager specialized in Data Center projects to join their dynamic team in the commercial building industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Construction Engineering or Management, coupled with extensive experience in mission-critical facilities. Focus: Oversee all phases of data center construction projects from conception to completion. Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and procurement activities. Skill Set: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in the mission-critical industry, specifically with data centers. Flexibility to accommodate project-related business trips and assignments is required. Effective and articulate communication style, with the ability to convey complex ideas through clear and concise writing and speaking. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Preferred Skill Set: Demonstrable ability to manage complex MEP systems in mission-critical environments. Strong understanding of the intricacies involved with early turnover dates and critical facility commissioning. Proficient in managing critical work processes and Methods of Procedures (MOPs). In-depth knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, and others.
