Evaluate vendor relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain cost-effective supply chains, and secure uninterrupted product availability. Develop and refine processes for strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to improve operational efficiency. Oversee warehouse and national account inventory management, monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain leadership and warehouse management, to optimize inventory strategies and ensure service excellence. BACKGROUND THAT FITS: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of professional supply chain experience; management experience and strategic sourcing background preferred. Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Proven experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and process improvement across supply chain operations.
