Optimize system performance for scalability and reliability, ensuring seamless operations for a rapidly growing organization. Manage virtualization environments, back up solutions, and disaster recovery processes. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations, ensuring timely and successful execution. Oversee troubleshooting for complex system, hardware, software, and cloud issues. Cybersecurity & Risk Management Build and oversee robust security architectures for IT systems and Azure/cloud environments. Conduct security assessments, including penetration testing and vulnerability management, to safeguard critical assets. Develop and enforce security policies and standards in compliance with frameworks like SOC2, GDPR, and ISO 27001. Lead incident response efforts, from threat detection to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption. Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and proactively address potential vulnerabilities. Experience/Technical Skills: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure/networking, operations and cybersecurity, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, MCSE, Azure or AWS Solutions Architect are a big plus. Experience managing Windows/Linux environments and Azure cloud infrastructures. Proficiency with tools like Intune, Black Point, and Apple Business Manager, plus advanced knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, and encryption technologies. Scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
