We have an opening for an experienced, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we're known for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and follow up on voicemails
- Promote products, services, and maintenance plans
- Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
- Make outbound calls
- Monitor and reply to customer emails
- Document customer concerns and resolution
- Assist with customer mailings and related projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings
- High personal integrity and desire to serve others
- High school diploma/GED required (college experience or degree a plus)
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
- Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
- Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Multi-lingual ability (preferred, not required)
