Agents of change, provocateurs who see something that irks them, and decide to do it better. We’re Wubbleyou, we build tech: web and mobile apps. But, what we’re really good at, is bringing valuable tech products to market for our clients, which empowers them to grow faster. It might be automating their business, creating amazing reporting, or bringing an idea they have to market so they can sell access to a tech product to generate millions in revenue. What we’re looking for We create and give away a lot of valuable content around this. We want to tell the world about this, and we need your help. Do you have a drive to act, innovate, and create? Because right now we have 3 problems: We have some great processes to create brand awareness and content, but no one to do it We have great ideas, and want to try new things, but no one to try them We want to empower someone to experiment, but they don’t work here yet So, we’re changing that - we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join us on a part-time basis to create consistency in our marketing, experiment with new ideas, and grow with us. Who you are Proactive & Resourceful: You see opportunities for positive change, and act on it. Whether you’ve tackled a tough situation, lived abroad, or taken on something outside your comfort zone – you’ve seen something that irks you and have done something about it Can Follow Process: We have things which work now, they just need to be done You want to get those things done too, to generate results Provocateur: You love testing new ideas, experimenting with tools, and trying better ways to do things. You want to try the scary things too Builder at Heart: You’re excited about creating something meaningful and are willing to wear multiple hats to make it happen Coachable: You’re open to learning, challenging ideas and being challenged on your ideas, and willing to change mindset and thinking Experience in marketing or studying a related degree is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your passion for marketing & growth, and a desire to learn. Leveraging our team’s experience and resources to craft compelling stories, social posts, and PR campaigns Experimenting & Innovating: Trying new formats like video, graphics, and interactive content to push our marketing forward Using tools and AI to maximise efficiency and creativity – but NOT to create content (original thought is important to us, but tech and AI helps us automate the boring stuff) Growing with us: Developing new skills in marketing strategy, content creation, and tech tools Taking on responsibilities that align with your ambitions as the company grows Build your own personal brand, if you want to What you’ll get Learning Opportunity: We’ll invest in your growth and pay you to learn skills like video editing, PR strategy, and more – we also know a lot about tech, learn from the best Flexibility: Work hours that fit around your schedule - perfect for university students or anyone looking for part-time, flexible work.
