R Developer London - Hybrid 2x per week Up to £54,000 About the Role MBN Solutions are partnered with a global Media firm to support in the search for an R Developer to join their team. The role will focus on the development of core client facing analytical tools & systems, ensuring they remain innovative and integrate smoothly with wider group initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Enhancing and maintaining our internal modeling and analytics platform. Supporting and developing features for client-facing tools. Building and managing cloud-based solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and security. Contributing to the evolution of our core analytical products and marketing measurement solutions. Helping automate processes and workflows for analyst teams. Collaborating with senior leadership to turn high-level ideas into actionable development plans. Coordinating with development teams to ensure seamless integration with other group platforms. About You Proficiency in development of high performance, secure applications using R and R shiny. Experience with core data science libraries such as tidyverse, devtools, roxygen2, testthat, R6, and nloptr. Experience working within cloud environments, ideally GCP or AWS. Knowledge of tools like Git and Docker. Strong communication skills & ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working within Marketing Analytics/Marketing Effectiveness/Marketing Mix Modelling would be desirable. Please apply to find out more
