Senior Growth Analyst (Credit Risk) Paying up to £80,000 London office (minimum 3 days per week) I've partnered with a consumer lending client who are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join their growing Acquisition function. You'll need a solid background in credit risk and an understanding of the consumer lending landscape. You'll need to be an enthusiastic, self-starter who can add true value to strategic initiatives and pinpoint growth areas for the business. Key Responsibilities: Data Exploration: Examine and track data across the entire acquisition funnel, using a test-and-learn framework to pinpoint growth opportunities. Strategic Initiatives: Design, propose, and implement experiments and optimisations to improve acquisition performance. Develop actionable roadmaps informed by data-driven insights. Performance Enhancement: Identify ways to improve acceptance rates while safeguarding portfolio quality and performance metrics. Conduct pricing analyses to strike the right balance between competitiveness and conversions. Prioritization: Leverage data insights to prioritise and focus on the highest-impact initiatives for the acquisition team. CRM Leadership: Develop and execute a top-tier CRM strategy, spanning the entire customer lifecycle to maximise engagement and retention. Data Ownership: Define and oversee data product requirements for effective tracking and performance evaluation. Regulatory Alignment: Ensure strategies and initiatives comply with industry regulations, particularly around responsible lending practices. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a STEM or numerical discipline. At least 3 years of hands-on analytical experience in a high-performing financial services organisation. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and problem-solving. Deep understanding of credit risk and its impact on NPV and loan performance.
