Job Description
We are looking for a Global Experiential Production Manager to drive and manage a marquee initiative and experiential brand experience.
This role sits in Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) and is part of a larger distributed team. The ideal candidate is a skilled strategic problem solver, with the ability to help drive our product and brand-led experiences through informal leadership and effective collaboration. A curious and brave individual who can challenge the status quo with out-of-the-box ideas that hit home for both children and adult audiences.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Core Responsibilities
Drive a core product and branded experience from initial briefing to delivery.
Partner and support Strategic, Creative and Production counterparts in OLA on assigned product and branded-experiences, ensuring an effective and impactful delivery, that is on-brief, on-time, on-budget.
Accountability of individual projects – development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget and financial responsibility, support and inform on resource and finance planning to ensure efficiency, as well as after action reviews (AAR) and quarterly experience reviews with OLA and the Product Marketing Development LT, when required.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of projects acting as a conduit between our stakeholders and OLA.
Day-to-day running of subsequent project deliverables, ensuring a clear end-to-end overview and needs requirements, including detailed documentation.
Develop strong relationships with our direct product- and/or brand-owners, and key heads of departments in OLA. Collaborate with both internal and external agencies and other LEGO® partners when necessary.

Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) is the internal creative agency at the LEGO Group. OLA is responsible for driving communication and content experiences through the development and implementation of global advertising campaigns, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences.
The ideal candidate will be able to translate business and commercial needs into impactful brand experiences, working across OLA to develop and deliver on global communication strategies, concepts, and content across owned, earned, shared and paid channels.
Do you have what it takes?
Several years of experience within an experiential or creative agency/business, with demonstrable and clear track record of successfully simultaneously running multiple brands, whilst building strong client relationships and producing outstanding creative experiences and content.
Experience being a part of complex and globally distributed creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce or socially led programs.
Proficient business writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs and presentation materials.
Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Maturity and ability to exercise high level of discretion with sensitive information.
Advanced business proficiency in English is a must. Experience in presentation is a bonus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, project management tools are required.
Travel will be required.
