Who You Are An experienced Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, registered with Social Work England without any annotations or restrictions. You have a deep understanding of the child welfare system, child protection, and court processes. Your approach is strength-based, focusing on ensuring the safety and development of children and their families. You must hold a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle. What the Job Involves This role requires working within NYC's defined practice model, applying systemic principles, signs of safety, and family seeing methodology. You will collaborate with children, their families, multi-agency partners, and colleagues to provide comprehensive care and protection. You will work office-based, with standard hours from Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
