We have had a very exciting opportunity which has created a position for a Senior Sous Chef/deputy Head Chef at our pub near Conwy Castle. Senior experience is a must for this role, we are looking for someone with:- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques. Proven leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent knife skills and effective communication abilities. Relevant restaurant experience, including serving and food production expertise.
