Are you passionate about creating world-class workplace experiences through strong facility & project management? We’re looking for a skilled Workplace Project & Facility Manager to help drive the development of our new innovative campuses at our Billund HQ.
In this role, you will demonstrate your facility management experience to oversee complex projects, manage external partners, ensure compliance, and collaborate with key partners across the organization. You will be a trusted expert, ensuring smooth planning, handover, and operation of our current and future workplaces.
We do not offer relocation for this position
Core Responsibilities
Schedule, manage and control workplace project tasks to meet deadlines, budget and quality requirements
Act as Single Point of Contact and SME for our new innovative campuses in our headquarters in Billund during project phase, handover and future operations
Management of external partners (Facility partners, designers, contractors, supervisors etc.) during planning and project execution
Ensure compliance across project and operational processes
Engage with senior leaders to ensure consensus and support for workplace projects
Support our IFM partner of facility services.
Involve and coordinate with internal partners (Local Facility, Operation, Procurement, Finance, EHS, etc.)
Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with key business partners.

The Workplace Experience team is based in the organization’s People, Places and Culture department and drives operations and projects across the LEGO Group’s workplace portfolio in Denmark. Our aspiration it to create workplaces that bring our LEGO brand framework and Leadership Playground to life and enable our colleagues to succeed and grow, both individually and together.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings solid experience from a similar position, broad understanding of facility related processes, policies and procedures as well as Project Management experience from large and medium size construction and/or projects. In addition, you have great partner management skills and as a person you are structured, curious and show high level of integrity and responsibility. You are used to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks concurrently as well as you pay meticulous attention to details and are self-motivated. Finally, if you have experience with Dalux and/or Byggeweb, Monday.com and have worked in a global and diverse workplace - it will be an advantage.
